This schedule includes the following services:

  • Consulting Services - expert advice, assistance, guidance, studies, analyses and reports documenting any proposed developmental, consultative or implementation efforts.
  • Facilitation Services - problem solving techniques, defining and refining agenda, debriefing, meeting planning, resolving disputes, logistical meeting conference support when performing technical facilitation, convening and leading discussions, providing a draft for the permanent record, recording content, focusing decision-making, and preparing draft and final reports for dissemination.
  • Training Services - off-the-shelf or customized training related customer service, team building, ISO 9000 and ISO 14000, process improvement, performance measurement, statistical process control, performance problem-solving, business process reengineering, quality management change, management strategic planning, and benchmarking.
  • Support Products - workbooks, training manuals, slides, videotapes, overhead transparencies, software programs, etc...
  • Services and Documentation - assistance and documentation such as Performance Work Statements (PWS), Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP), cost estimates, bid comparisons, Administrative Appeal Process support, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Services Program Integration, and Project Management Services.
  • Survey Services - survey development, pretest/pilot surveying, survey database administration, assessing reliability and validity of data, determining proper survey data collection methodology, and administering surveys
