GSA Advantage! Publishing Services
We have an award, what now? You have received your 20 Year GSA Multiple Award Schedule Contract. So, what's next? Let FedPros assist your organization in putting your new schedule to use. The first step in using your new schedule is to publish it on GSA Advantage!
What is GSA Advantage!™?
GSA Advantage! is the Federal Government's premier online shopping site. GSA Advantage! is an electronic information and ordering system encompassing all of the products and services under this schedule.
Upon approval, the GSA requires you to publish your price list to their web site: GSA Advantage! Posting to GSA Advantage! also registers you with E-Schedules Library. This requirement must be met before you can register with most government databases to receive bidding opportunity notices via email.
Why Do I Care? – Its Required! It's The Rule! GSA Advantage! (I-FSS-597) (SEP 2000)
(a) The Contractor must participate in the GSA Advantage! online shopping service. Information and instructions regarding contractor participation are contained in clause I-FSS-599, Electronic Commerce.
How do I publish my price list? As with many other GSA related projects, you can fulfill these requirements yourself, but the process can be frustrating and time consuming. Additionally, the format for publication provided by the GSA most often results in a messy presentation. Each new Schedule holder has a choice - do the work in-house or let experienced outside professionals perform the required services.
