Learning about the GSA Multiple Awards Schedule program, the proposal process, and all of the regulations and requirements can seem overwhelming. Who has time to sift through all the information? How does it pertain to your effort?
FedPros can prepare your team for the process with our customized GSA Pre-Proposal Assessment Tool. The GSA Assessment Tool will help you learn what to expect, where you fit, how long it will take and other details. The Assessment Tool will provide you and your team with a customized report to help you define and organize your GSA contracting goals. The Assessment Tool will:
- Identify the appropriate GSA Schedule Contract for the services or product you wish to sell.
- Identify applicable Special Item Number(s) (SIN). SINs are subsets of services and products covered under a specific Schedule
- Provide a listing of informative websites that you may want to visit
- Provide competitor pricing (when applicable) as it appears on GSA Advantage!
- Outline the requirements and information needed to prepare a fully responsive proposal
- Describe the process used to compile and process the information
- Answers to Frequently Asked Questions
- A Fee Schedule and proposal timeline from FedPros
- Consulting Agreement
The cost for researching and developing the Assessment Report is One Thousand Dollars ($1,000). This fee also includes a teleconference between you and your staff and a FedPros partner. Additional senior level FedPros staff may also sit in on the phone conference. Should you determine to move forward with FedPros and submit a contract proposal, all work performed with this assessment will be utilized during proposal creation.
