FedPros is a small, veteran-owned professional consulting firm providing support to organizations working with, or interested in selling their products and services to the U.S. government. At FedPros, it is our goal to provide the best possible value and service to our customers throughout the life of the business relationship. FedPros efforts are supported by Mr. Joe Raphel, Ms. Heather Lundy, and a network of consultants and administrative specialists.

FedPros was founded in July, 1998 by Mr. Joe Raphel. For 8 years Mr. Raphel, Ms. Lundy and their Associates have assisted Companies large and small become GSA approved consultants, vendors, and suppliers.

With over 30 years of Washington experience, Mr. Raphel has held many positions providing him exposure to a wide range of people, businesses, and cultures. He has worked in human resources, accounting, government acquisitions, and prior to starting FedPros, was CFO and Director of Contracting for a DoD consulting firm. After years of participating on proposal teams, Mr. Raphel turned his full attention to GSA/FSS Multiple Award Schedule contracting. He is often called upon to participate on Red Teams and to provide Cost Proposal development by past clients. Mr. Raphel has worked with small and medium size consulting firms providing professional services and support to the DoD, DoT/FAA, DHHS, the EPA and other groups within or supporting the federal government.

The proposal creation and negotiation process at FedPros is also supported by the efforts of Heather Lundy. Ms. Lundy has a dual Bachelor's Degree in Technical Editing and English Literature and a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology. Ms. Lundy has been providing customers with professional consulting, proposal management and development, grant writing, and editorial support since 1998.

Ms. Lundy sits on the Board of Directors for several arts organizations in support of legal and marketing efforts. Her expertise extends to the development and negotiation of competitive proposals, non-profit business plans and administration, and grant writing. She has enjoyed success with FedPros in creating approved proposals for many satisfied customers.
